I was very impressed with Redwood Residential. I had another company do the fence on one side of our house when we had a fire, and the quality of the work from Redwood Residential far surpassed the other. They came out very quickly to give me a quote that clearly showed how much was being charged for each thing. We wanted three gates replaced and the gates were very sturdy. They suggested we put in 4x6 posts for the back fence because of the height and I'm glad that we did in order to withstand the wind storms. They did such a great job with the back fence, we hired them to redo the front fence and gate. There were no gaps or holes like the other company we hired previously and best of all the work was done quickly! They were also the cheapest bid we got out of three bids. Highly recommend them for your fence!

What a great team. These people know what they're doing, at a reasonable cost. They installed a fence between my neighbor and replaced a retaining board and left my garden looking better than ever. They replaced rotting gates that I now want to varnish because they look so good. This team came in, did a wonderful job and left.

They are best, period!!! My story is everything short to my house was burned in the 2017 Tubbs Fire. With 3,000 homes burned in Santa Rosa, it was impossible to fine a general contractor to do any repair work. I soon became the general contractor. I needed many things done, one of which was to replace about 300 feet of fencing. I called one then a second fencing companies. The first never called back and the second called back, but getting even a quote out of them was impossible. My 3rd fencing company was Redwood Residential. I received my quote from Ivan within a week. If you have ever dealt with an insurance company (don't) it took a month to get the OK. By then the fencing pricing had gone through the roof. It was crazy, but Ivan held the price. Fast forward six years and one of the fence posts broke. (After 6 years there is no warranty on anything in the construction industry.) I called Redwood Residential and they agreed to send someone out the next day. I received my courtesy call 30 minutes before the appointment, and then my doorbell rings. It is Ivan!!! Ivan remembered the house and job. After looking at the post, Ivan said he would consider the job as a repair and there would be NO charge. Tomorrow Redwood is taking 16 ft of the fencing apart, replacing the post, reassembling the fence and calling it even-Steven. If you want a quote from Redwood Residential, ask for Ivan. I've used Redwood Residential Fence for two major fencing projects. Their work is top notch, professional and courteous. The fences are well built and look terrific. When I did find an issue a few weeks after completion, they sent out a crew to make the repair within a few days. I highly recommend this company.

We were excited to get a new fence. These guys did not disappoint. The crew was friendly and knowledgable. Willing to answer our dozens of questions. The fence is incredible. Possibly the best built fence I've ever seen and I work in construction. Finished it easy in two days. Gates are sturdy and strong. Price was high but nowadays everything is. Well worth it. Would recommend them to anyone.
